To help all Trust participants and their families manage stress, find resources and support, and get timely access to quality care, the Trust has partnered with Uprise Health Member Assistance Program (MAP).
Uprise Health MAP is a mental health resource service that can offer you a range of clinical options including in-person short-term counseling, text-based support, video and phone support, and online peer support groups. The service is completely confidential and offered at no cost to you.

Industry experts will present monthly work-life webinars on a variety of topics.
Financial Assistance
Get 30-day access to a personal money coach who will work with you on achieving financial wellness by identifying financial goals, assessing your current financial situation, and providing a suggested detailed action plan.
Legal Services
Receive one 30-minute legal consultation per each separate legal matter at no cost. If you retain the attorney or mediator, you will receive a 25% reduction off their normal hourly rate. Also, access online legal forms so you can create, save, print, and revise wills, contracts, leases, and more.
Contact Uprise Health MAP
When you contact Uprise Health MAP, a care professional will help you find resources, provide counseling sessions, coordinate appropriate treatment, and provide referrals if needed. After hours calls will be returned the following day, and crisis support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
